What Should I Expect to Invest in Wedding Hair & Makeup?

Every wedding is different, so pricing varies based on the services requested, wedding date, party size, timeline, hairstyle complexity, travel requirements, and any special requests.

As a general guide, our Orlando and Central Florida pricing typically falls within the following ranges:

• Bride Hair & Makeup: Typically starting around $350
• Bride Hair Only or Makeup Only: Typically starting around $200
• Bridal Party Hair or Makeup: Typically $110–$125 per service

These ranges represent the majority of weddings we service. More intricate hairstyles, extensive hair extensions, specialty styling, or additional time-intensive services may require additional time and investment.

While many hair and makeup companies require a minimum number of services for weekend weddings, we’re proud to accommodate celebrations of all sizes whenever our schedule allows.

Whether you’re planning a bride-only wedding, an intimate elopement, attending a wedding as a guest, celebrating a milestone birthday, attending a gala, having professional photos taken, or getting ready for another special occasion, we’d love to help.

Because Saturdays and peak wedding dates are in high demand, pricing for smaller bookings may differ from weddings with larger bridal parties. During those times, our artists are often reserving an entire morning for one or two services when they could otherwise accommodate a full wedding party.

Rather than requiring service minimums, we believe in providing flexible, customized pricing that allows us to welcome weddings and special events of every size while fairly reflecting the time reserved for your appointment.

If your schedule is flexible, weekday and off-season appointments may offer additional availability. No matter the size of your celebration, our goal remains the same. We want to provide exceptional artistry, outstanding service, and an experience you’ll truly enjoy.

Bridal Trials & Consultations

A bridal trial, sometimes called a bridal preview, is one of the best ways to feel confident going into your wedding day. During your appointment, your artist will recreate your desired hairstyle and makeup look while discussing your inspiration photos, dress, veil, accessories, hair type, skin type, and any adjustments you’d like to make before your wedding.

Some of our Orlando artists welcome brides into their private studios, while others are happy to travel directly to you. If you’d like your artist to come to your location for your bridal trial, travel fees may apply.

Bridal hair and makeup trials typically begin around $350, with pricing depending on travel, location, and the services requested.

What’s the Difference Between a Trial and a Consultation?

A consultation is simply a conversation. We’re always happy to schedule a complimentary phone consultation to answer your questions, discuss your vision, review your inspiration photos, and help you determine the services that best fit your wedding day.

A bridal trial is an in-person appointment where your artist actually performs your hair and makeup. This allows you to see your complete bridal look before your wedding day, make any desired adjustments, and feel completely confident in your final style.

Because a bridal trial involves the same artistry, products, and dedicated appointment time as your wedding-day services, it is priced separately from your wedding-day package.

Why We Recommend Weekday Bridal Trials

Whenever possible, we recommend scheduling your bridal trial on a weekday.

Many of our artists begin wedding days as early as 4:00 AM, especially for Disney Fairytale Weddings, sunrise castle photo sessions, and destination weddings. After spending the day creating beautiful hair and makeup and traveling throughout Central Florida, artists may have already completed a full day’s work.

Rather than asking you to meet with an artist after a full wedding day, we prefer weekday appointments whenever possible so your artist can devote their full creativity, energy, and attention to you.

Your bridal trial is one of the most important parts of your wedding planning process. You deserve an artist who is relaxed, focused, and able to collaborate with you without feeling rushed.

If weekdays aren’t possible, off-season weekends or dates with artist availability may still be an option. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Travel Fees

Our artists are based throughout the Orlando and Central Florida area.

A $50 travel fee is typically applied for weddings and bridal trials within our standard Orlando service area. This helps cover travel time, fuel, and the many toll roads throughout Central Florida.

If your wedding or bridal trial is outside our standard service area, additional travel fees may apply depending on distance and location.

Parking

Any parking fees incurred during your bridal trial or wedding day service are the responsibility of the client. This includes hotel parking, resort parking, valet, parking garages, Disney resort parking, or any other paid parking required for our artists to access your getting-ready location.

If paid parking is required, we ask that clients either arrange parking in advance or reimburse the artist for any parking expenses incurred during the appointment.

Additional Artists

One artist can typically accommodate up to eight standard services within a comfortable wedding-day timeline.

If your wedding requires additional artists to accommodate a larger party or shorten your getting-ready timeline, we’ll recommend the appropriate number of artists for your day.

If additional artists are requested beyond those included in your customized proposal, an additional artist fee may apply.

Touch-Up Services

Many Orlando weddings include first looks, Disney park portraits, resort photography, fireworks, outfit changes, and receptions that continue well into the evening.

Touch-up services may include:

• Lipstick and makeup touch-ups
• Shine control
• Hair smoothing and flyaway control
• Veil placement and removal
• Hairstyle changes before the reception
• Hair accessory changes
• Groom touch-ups
• Bridal party touch-ups
• Preparing everyone for sunset, evening, or Disney park photography

Early Morning & Late Evening Services

Central Florida is home to many destination weddings, Disney Fairytale Weddings, sunrise castle photo sessions, and celebrations that require exceptionally early start times.

Services beginning before 8:00 AM may be subject to an early morning fee.

Services beginning after 8:00 PM may be subject to a late evening fee.

The applicable fee depends on your artist’s required start time and will always be outlined in your personalized proposal before booking.
