Lulu was born and raised in Southern California where she also attended makeup school. Her love of art at a young age later developed into a passion for makeup, and then hairstyling. This passion has led her to do bridal, print and celebrity work over the last 6 years.

She puts effort into customizing hair and makeup looks to each individual face to what is the most flattering. In doing so, she prides herself on doing her best for her clients, because she wants whoever sits in her chair to feel at ease and beautiful, and will do whatever she can to achieve that.
